Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. Please note that the 2-3 days processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday . Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require an extra processing time of 1-2 business days for security checks.
We will not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges only.
Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to file a Claim for the missing shipment.
